  • Developing creative campaign concepts designed to earn media attention
  • Writing and refining press releases, pitches and media materials
  • Building strong relationships with journalists, editors and influencers
  • Supporting (and occasionally leading) client strategy and performance delivery
  • Identifying opportunities across traditional and reactive link-building activity

You’ll also play a key role in ensuring campaigns are aligned to wider SEO and performance objectives, with clear reporting on outcomes.

  • Experience working in an agency environment
  • A strong understanding of how Digital PR drives SEO performance
  • Proven ability to secure coverage and high-authority links
  • Confident communicator with experience managing stakeholders and clients
  • Experience using tools such as Ahrefs, Majestic, GA4, media databases
  • A proactive, ideas-led mindset with a passion for creative storytelling

Why Apply?

  • Work on high-profile, multi-market campaigns across a diverse client base
  • Join a team that values creativity, data and measurable impact equally
  • Genuine opportunity to own smaller accounts and progress quickly
  • A culture built around collaboration, flexibility and continuous learning

  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Generous annual leave + additional perks (birthday off, seasonal hours, etc.)
  • Structured career development and regular salary reviews
  • Opportunity to work abroad for short periods
