Location: London (Hybrid) £35,000 - £40,000 + OTE

Sphere Digital Recruitment are proud to be working with a high-growth media and insights business. They are a leading media and market intelligence company focused on the corporate market. The business provides news, data, analysis, and events and is used by c-suite decision makers globally. They are now looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join their high-performing team in London.

The Role

As an SDR, you will be responsible for building top-of-funnel pipeline, identifying and qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality discovery calls for the wider sales team. You will play a key role in outbound prospecting and be a key part of a collaborative, fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess suitability
  • Book meetings for the sales team
  • Stay up to date on market trends and product knowledge

About You:

  • 1 year + experience as an SDR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coachable, curious, and highly motivated
  • Resilient, positive, and target-driven
  • Comfortable using sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Outreach
