Salary £50k – £65k + 20% Uncapped Comms

London (Hybrid – 3 days in)

Are you a high-energy SDR Manager ready to lead from the front? Our client is a true global leader with an enterprise client base that includes leading household brands in eCommerce and retail.

The Role:

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven SDR Manager to lead a high-performing team of covering EMEA and US markets. Reporting into senior leadership, you'll drive pipeline, performance, and growth across the SDR function.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Player/Manager role: manage and contribute individually to pipeline growth
• Lead, coach, and scale a team of SDRs focused on outbound performance
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to execute targeted campaigns
• Use Salesforce and data insights to drive decision-making and performance improvement
• Manage event-led lead generation as part of the wider GTM strategy
• Own and implement a value-led and solution-based sales approach

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years in a Team Lead or SDR Manager role
• 3 + years as an SDR
• A proven track record in high-output outbound sales
• High energy and resilience – attitude is everything
• Strong understanding of data, performance metrics, and Salesforce
• Experience in eCommerce or MarTech is a strong advantage
• Comfortable in a fast-growth, high-performance sales culture
