Sales Director – Ad Tech, Gaming Platform – £60,000 – £80,000 + 50% OTE
The Company
My client is a leader in the gaming space, offering advanced advertising solutions within video gameplay.
The business is truly innovating the gaming advertising space, with first-to-market products including a mediation platform for the in-game market, curated marketplace layers for audience and data, and much more.
Success has seen the business grow into multiple new territories over the past year and they continue to expand at a fast rate. For this role, the business is looking for a senior individual contributor sales rep to join their UK team and sell across their programmatic, direct and custom creative solutions to the UK and rest of the world remit (EU, APAC and Middle East).
The Job
- Sell market-leading gaming advertising solutions across agencies and clients.
- Be the face of the company for the UK and the most senior seller on the UK team.
- Developing your network across media agencies through new business outreach, and managing and nurturing existing relationships.
- Report directly into the VP Sales, someone with amazing experience in the gaming space and a brilliant individual to learn from.
- Speaking with the full range of agency personnel – from planners/buyers to senior agency partners and C-suite levels to grow agency relationships and further trading agreements
- *THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE.
PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF:
- MUST HAVE: 5+ years' experience under your belt at an Ad Tech vendor, or digital media owner in a programmatic sales role. And must come from this in current or most recent role.
- MUST BE: selling to agency hold cos in your current and previous roles, with an excellent book of contacts.
- MUST BE: A new business hunter – someone with entrepreneurial flair that is comfortable managing a huge territory like EMEA and beyond.
- Ambitious and sees the opportunity for the role and the market.
- A self-starter who is independent.
- Gaming experience is a bonus, but not a necessity.
- Exceptional knowledge of the digital advertising and media landscape.
- Experience selling managed service, or self-serve products.
- Experience in an ad tech company is a bonus, but not a necessity. A good baseline knowledge of programmatic advertising
