The Role:
- As an SDR, you\’ll be at the forefront of outbound prospecting, engaging with senior decision-makers across retail, eCommerce, and marketing. Your goal? Generating high-quality leads and booking meetings that fuel business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage C-Level execs and Directors.
- Identifying and qualifying leads, understanding customer pain points, and positioning the solution effectively.
- Booking sales meetings for senior consultants and attending to deepen your product knowledge.
- Hitting and exceeding performance targets for outreach, meetings booked, and leads generated.
- Keeping CRM records accurate and collaborating with Marketing on outreach strategies.
About You:
- 1+ year SDR experience (SaaS experience is ideal, retail is a bonus).
- Resilient, driven, and highly motivated-you thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills-able to tailor outreach to different personas.
- Coachable and adaptable-you take feedback on board and continuously improve.
