About the Company

Our client is a high-growth, creator-led marketing agency supporting digitally native DTC brands across beauty, wellness and lifestyle to scale through performance-driven content. As they expand, they are strengthening their outbound sales function.

About the Role

They are hiring a commercially driven SDR to build qualified pipeline through proactive outreach, engage senior decision-makers, and convert conversations into booked meetings in a target-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research target brands aligned with the ideal customer profile
  • Build and manage structured prospect lists across priority sectors
  • Execute personalised outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email and relevant channels
  • Initiate high-quality commercial conversations with founders and marketing leaders
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, budget and timing
  • Book strong-fit meetings for senior sales stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
  • Track outreach performance and pipeline metrics
  • Refine messaging based on response data and market feedback
  • Contribute ideas to improve outbound strategy and sales processes

Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years in sales, business development, SDR, BDR or growth roles
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Experience working in a startup, agency, marketing or SaaS environment preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Apollo or similar)
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
  • Understanding of performance marketing, paid social or creator-led content is advantageous

Pay range and compensation package: £33,000 - £40,000 + commission
