Digital Retail Media Manager

Location: Slough, UK (Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office)

Start: ASAP

This role is a fixed term contract (9 months) with the opportunity to go permanent if all goes well.

The Role

As Digital Retail Media Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of retail media campaigns across leading UK e-grocers. This is a hands-on role where you will plan, activate, optimise, and report on campaigns while working closely with sales, eCommerce, marketing, and agency partners to deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end retail media campaigns across key retailer platforms
  • Activating and optimising campaigns through platforms such as CitrusAd, Criteo, Pacvue, and Amazon Ads
  • Monitoring campaign performance against KPIs including ROAS, CTR, CPC, Share of Voice, and sales uplift
  • Delivering regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Running tests and optimisation strategies to improve campaign performance
  • Working closely with commercial, marketing, and eCommerce teams to align media activity with business goals
  • Ensuring platform best practices and campaign quality standards are maintained
  • Developing playbooks, case studies, and sharing learnings across the wider team
  • Managing and mentoring one junior team member
