As they continue to grow, we\’re looking for a talented Creative Resource Manager to join our team on a contract basis. Role Overview As a Creative Resource Manager, you\’ll be the central hub for managing and allocating our creative and design resources across multiple client accounts. Working closely with creative leads, account managers, and project managers, you\’ll ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time-balancing workloads, maximising efficiency, and enabling brilliant creative work. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the creative resource schedule across all accounts and projects Allocate creative team members (designers, copywriters, art directors, etc.) according to project scope, deadlines, and priorities Liaise with project managers and account leads to understand project requirements and timelines Track team utilisation, capacity, and forecast future resource needs Identify resourcing gaps and work with freelancers or external partners when needed Support recruitment of freelance/contract creative talent as required Act as the point of contact for all resourcing queries and conflicts Continuously improve resourcing processes, tools, and systems Key Requirements Proven experience in resource management or traffic management in a creative/marketing agency Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once Strong understanding of creative workflows and team dynamics Comfortable using resource/project management tools (e.g. Float, Resource Guru, Monday.com, or similar) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proactive, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure Nice to Have Experience working with hybrid or remote teams Familiarity with agile or sprint-based ways of working A network of trusted freelance creatives Desired Skills and Experience A fast-paced, award-winning marketing agency based in Manchester, delivering integrated campaigns for leading brands across digital, social, content, and creative is looking for a Resource Manager.
