We're working with a fast-growing ad tech platform at the intersection of data, media, and programmatic advertising. The company partners with leading brands and publishers to deliver smarter campaigns, powered by a mix of automation, strategic insight, and advanced targeting.

This is a hands-on role for a Programmatic Trader or Consultant who's ready to take ownership across the full campaign lifecycle, while contributing to process improvements and internal training. If you enjoy digging into data, building strong internal relationships, and making a real impact on performance-this could be your next step.

What you'll be doing:

  • End-to-end campaign ownership, from set-up and QA through to pacing, optimisation, and delivery
  • Partner with client and sales teams on campaign planning and strategy
  • Monitor reporting dashboards and performance trends, using insights to recommend improvements
  • Work with product, analytics, and operations to support continuous platform development
  • Help onboard new supply partners and support technical troubleshooting
  • Build internal documentation and knowledge bases
  • Support monthly reporting and revenue reconciliation workflows
  • Mentor junior team members and help shape best practices

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years in programmatic trading, ad ops, or a technical client services role
  • Strong hands-on experience with DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon
  • Comfortable navigating SSPs, DMPs, or data integrations
  • Sharp with Excel and comfortable working with performance data
  • Confident communicator across teams and with external partners
  • Experience mentoring others is a plus
  • Experience with project management or CRM tools (e.g. Jira, Salesforce) is helpful
