This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious paid social specialist who enjoys owning campaigns from strategy through to optimisation, whilst working across a diverse portfolio of B2B and consumer-focused clients.
You'll have the chance to take real ownership of accounts, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in the continued growth of the agency's paid media offering.
The Opportunity
As Paid Social Manager, you'll lead the planning, activation and optimisation of paid social campaigns across a range of clients, with a particular focus on Linked In and Meta.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll translate business objectives into high-performing campaigns and provide strategic recommendations that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Own paid social strategy, activation and optimisation across a varied client portfolio.
- Manage lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns across multiple industries.
- Deliver best-in-class campaigns across Linked In and Meta, with opportunities to expand into additional channels.
- Analyse performance data and provide clear, actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build trusted client relationships and lead performance discussions.
- Support and mentor junior team members, helping to develop capability across the wider team.
- Collaborate with specialists across performance marketing to deliver integrated solutions.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong platform expertise with excellent client-facing skills.
- Strong experience running and optimising Meta campaigns.
- Experience working with B2B clients.
- Agency-side paid media or performance marketing experience.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
