My client, a London-based Agency is looking for a Mid-weight Designer to create brilliant digital work across static and motion for a variety of their clients.
This is a full-time, permanent role. Hybrid with 2 days in their Central London office
ASAP start.
About the role
- Design and produce a variety of content pieces, including social media assets, illustrations, web graphics, and animations, using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their brand, goals, and project requirements.
- Manage client and stakeholder expectations by setting timelines, sharing progress updates, and presenting creative ideas in a professional and client-friendly manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead the creative vision for assigned clients, adapting their brand identity to fit social media content and strategy.
- Add design elements like text, illustrations, and animations to video content for enhanced visual appeal.
- Ensure that all content is tailored to each client's needs and optimised for various digital platforms, including Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
About you
- 3 to 4 years of experience working as a designer across agency enviorments.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite-especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Skilled in creating clean vector illustrations and iconography; ability to replicate various illustrative styles as needed.
- Strong eye for layout design and attention to typographic details.
- Solid understanding of motion graphics principles and animation skills.
- Familiarity with Cinema 4D is a plus but not essential.
- Deep understanding of social media asset creation and design constraints across platforms.
- Skilled in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, with the ability to present ideas diplomatically and adapt designs based on feedback.
