We are partnering with a globally recognised media agency working on a luxury brand to appoint an experienced Senior Media Planning Manager to support the planning and execution of integrated media strategies across its Arts, Culture & Heritage division. This is a unique opportunity for a senior media planner with a strong background in luxury marketing to lead high-profile, multi-market campaigns that enhance brand storytelling, cultural relevance, and audience engagement.

The Role

As Senior Media Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated media strategies across multiple markets, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives while delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering integrated, cross-channel media strategies across multiple international markets aligned with campaign and brand objectives
  • Conducting audience research and analysing consumer behaviour, media consumption trends, and market insights to inform planning decisions
  • Recommending the optimal mix of digital and traditional media channels to maximise reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
  • Managing campaign budgets and monitoring media investment to ensure efficient allocation and delivery against business objectives
  • Analysing campaign performance and providing actionable recommendations to optimise future planning and investment decisions
  • Collaborating with activation, strategy, analytics, creative, and client teams to ensure seamless campaign execution across global markets
  • Building strong relationships with media owners, agency partners, publishers, and key stakeholders to maximise campaign value and secure strategic opportunities
  • Identifying emerging media trends, technologies, platforms, and innovative planning approaches to continuously evolve media strategy
  • Monitoring the luxury, arts, culture, and competitive landscape to identify relevant opportunities and strategic recommendations
  • Proactively identifying new partnerships, sponsorships, cultural collaborations, and media opportunities that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
  • Working closely with international market teams to align global and local media activity while managing overlapping priorities across regions and business divisions
  • Supporting innovation projects through creative media solutions, strategic partnerships, and culturally relevant activations
  • Mentoring and supporting junior planning team members while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team environment

You – Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience in media planning, communications planning, or integrated media strategy within an agency environment
  • Previous experience working with a luxury fashion, beauty, jewellery, watches, premium hospitality, luxury automotive, or premium lifestyle brand is essential
  • Proven experience developing and delivering cross-channel media campaigns across multiple international markets
  • Strong understanding of audience planning, consumer insights, and integrated media strategy across digital and offline channels
  • Experience managing media budgets and delivering measurable campaign performance
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance and translating data into strategic recommendations
