We're looking for a proactive and driven Marketplace Growth Associate to join a London-based team. This is a unique opportunity focused on driving incremental revenue through marketplace expansion and strategic growth initiatives. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketplace to identify, launch, and own long-term projects that unlock meaningful new revenue streams.

  • Drive marketplace expansion by supporting growth into new geographies and leading expansion across additional marketplaces beyond existing channels.
  • Own strategic deep-dive and "frontier" projects, including exploring how AI can be used as a revenue driver and long-term competitive advantage.
  • Research, test, and implement new tools and services to drive incremental revenue and scalable marketplace growth.
