The Job

As the Measurement Strategy Senior Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing cross-channel measurement strategies to optimise marketing performance.
  • Supporting sales teams with training, case studies, and best practices.
  • Advising clients and agencies on measurement methodologies, including A/B testing, MMM, and MTA.
  • Leading analytical projects to generate actionable insights and drive campaign success.
  • Working closely with internal teams, including Product, Strategy, and Sales, to enhance measurement capabilities.

You

  • Experience in Retail, E-commerce, CPG, Retail Media, or Advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Understanding of media measurement methodologies and statistical modelling techniques.
  • Confident communicator, able to translate technical insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.
