This fast-growing FinTech business is operating in a highly nuanced and competitive space, based in Central London. They run a lean, collaborative team and value practical leadership, clear thinking, and people who can hit the ground running. As the (Part Time) Fractional Marketing Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing immediate senior leadership across paid and organic marketing functions
  • Working closely with the Paid Media Lead and SEO Lead to optimise strategies, performance, and investment decisions
  • Ensuring paid and organic teams are aligned, with clear plans, targets, and regular cadence of meetings
  • Overseeing paid media channels including Google, Meta, Reddit
  • Supporting organic growth through SEO, AI-led optimisation, and evolving approaches to LLMs
  • Offering strategic input across CRM, lifecycle marketing, brand, and content (smaller scope)
  • Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, including the CEO and Director of Product

You will be a highly experienced marketing leader with a strong FinTech background. You bring calm, clarity, and structure to teams, and are comfortable stepping into businesses at pace.

  • 20+ years’ experience across growth, performance, and marketing leadership roles
  • Strong FinTech experience and understanding of complex, regulated environments
  • Deep knowledge of paid media, organic growth, and how channels work together
  • Confident working with lean teams and hands-on leaders
  • Strong grasp of SEO and AI’s impact on organic optimisation and LLMs

This role is part time, 2-3 days per week. Must be London based and able to get into the office 1 day per week.
