We're partnering with a fast-growing digital business that's looking for an experienced Retention & Loyalty Team Lead to join their marketing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategy with hands‑on delivery.
You'll lead the execution of customer retention and loyalty initiatives, working across CRM, rewards, lifecycle marketing and customer experience to increase engagement, retention and long-term customer value.
A bit about the role
- Lead the delivery of retention, loyalty and lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop customer journeys, segmentation strategies and personalised experiences.
- Own and optimise loyalty and rewards initiatives, balancing customer engagement with commercial performance.
- Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement and use data to drive decisions.
- Coach and support a small team, helping maintain high standards and best practice.
A bit about you
- You've got solid experience in retention, CRM, lifecycle or loyalty marketing.
- You're confident building customer journeys, running loyalty programmes and improving customer engagement.
- You enjoy using data, testing and customer insights to optimise performance.
- You've managed or mentored people and enjoy helping others develop.
- You're organised, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can evolve.
