About the Role
We're looking for a Paid Social Account Director to join a leading global media and marketing agency. This is a role ideal for someone who can drive strategic direction, lead high‑performing teams, and oversee the delivery of best‑in‑class paid social campaigns for well‑known clients. You will take ownership of key client relationships, ensuring campaigns deliver against business objectives while identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and long‑term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
- Oversee campaign performance, ensuring delivery against KPIs (CPA, ROAS, brand metrics, etc.)
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and growth
- Manage, mentor and develop a team of paid social specialists
- Collaborate with cross‑channel teams (search, programmatic, creative) to deliver integrated campaigns
- Drive innovation by testing new formats, platforms, and technologies
