In this position, you’ll play a central role in powering our digital operations, managing and optimising campaigns across some of the UK’s most recognisable websites and mobile apps. You’ll focus on driving programmatic revenue across display, mobile, and video formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), and Preferred deals across agency hubs
- Oversee live campaigns to ensure they are pacing correctly and delivering strong performance
- Resolve technical issues related to campaign setup and respond to client or agency enquiries
- Keep up to date with the latest ad tech trends and support internal initiatives to enhance tools and processes (including Xandr)
- Build and optimise programmatic campaigns using DSPs such as DV360
- Produce regular spend reports and performance analyses, ensuring data accuracy for billing and strategic planning
- Log and monitor development requests for internal projects
- Attend weekly sales meetings, providing updates on campaign performance, revenue, and operational processes
- Partner with Sales teams in a consultative capacity, offering insights to support new business opportunities
- Support additional projects aimed at improving internal systems, workflows, and efficiencies
Experience
- 2-3 yrs Experience in a similar role within programmatic or digital advertising
- Strong working knowledge of GAM, Xandr or DV360
- Demonstrated experience managing PMP, PG, and Preferred deals
- Strong analytical thinking with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with Permutive or other DMP platforms
- Solid understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is advantageous
- Background in a major media agency or high-traffic digital publisher is beneficial, but not required
