I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Motion & Graphic Designer to join a leading social agency specialising in music, culture and entertainment. This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative who is strongest in design + motion, with a passion for creating social-first content that actually cuts through.

You'll be working across a roster of artists, DJs, festivals and major music brands, creating everything from visual identities and campaign assets to motion graphics, social content and vertical video.

What we're looking for:

  • Creating reusable multimedia and graphic templates that combine typography with images and video
  • Designing multi-slide carousels, including more detailed editorial and infographic-style content
  • Building clear typographic systems that can be used consistently across an account
  • Editing TikToks, Reels, interviews, event footage and other video content
  • Cutting edits in time with music and understanding rhythm, pacing and track selection
  • Adding effective hooks, subtitles and other simple social-first treatments
  • Using Photoshop and AI tools to develop visual ideas and image-led content
  • Producing quick reactive content and lo-fi formats when polish is not the priority
  • Creating more polished motion content in After Effects when an account requires it
  • Making sure all of this feels part of the same visual identity / art direction across individual accounts

London – Hybrid (2 days a week in the office) £38,500–£44,500
