I’m working with a fast-growing, social-first creative agency that’s looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team in London. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Account Manager / Senior Account Manager who loves social, understands culture and enjoys being at the centre of creative work.

Hybrid | London

Working across social-first campaigns and always-on content:

  • Managing relationships with major consumer brands
  • Working closely with Creative, Strategy & Production

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day client relationships across multiple social accounts
  • Leading client calls, meetings and presentations
  • Briefing creative and strategy teams
  • Managing timelines, workflows and approvals
  • Supporting campaign launches and always-on programmes
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth and new scopes
  • Keeping projects moving from brief through to delivery

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2–4 years’ agency/social experience
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and content-led campaigns
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • A commercial mindset and interest in growing accounts
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, reactive environment
