You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, shaping strategy, driving retention, and ensuring CRM and email marketing programmes deliver clear, measurable results. A bit about the role:

  • Manage and grow relationships with eCommerce clients as their main UK point of contact and strategic lead.

  • Lead, coach, and develop three Account Managers on planning, communication, and delivery.
  • Ensure projects move smoothly across creative, technical, and client teams.
  • Build and oversee client roadmaps tied to their business goals.

  • ~6+ years in eCommerce email marketing.
  • ~2-3+ years in an agency environment, managing multiple clients in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong CRM experience (Klaviyo).

  • Experience managing or mentoring (ideally remote) teams.
