Digital Retail Media Manager
Location: Slough, UK (Hybrid β 1 day per week in the office)
Start: ASAP
This role is a fixed term contract (9 months) with the opportunity to go permanent if all goes well.
The Role
As Digital Retail Media Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of retail media campaigns across leading UK e-grocers. This is a hands-on role where you will plan, activate, optimise, and report on campaigns while working closely with sales, eCommerce, marketing, and agency partners to deliver measurable business results.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end retail media campaigns across key retailer platforms
- Activating and optimising campaigns through platforms such as CitrusAd, Criteo, Pacvue, and Amazon Ads
- Monitoring campaign performance against KPIs including ROAS, CTR, CPC, Share of Voice, and sales uplift
- Delivering regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Running tests and optimisation strategies to improve campaign performance
- Working closely with commercial, marketing, and eCommerce teams to align media activity with business goals
- Ensuring platform best practices and campaign quality standards are maintained
- Developing playbooks, case studies, and sharing learnings across the wider team
- Managing and mentoring one junior team member

- 3+ years' hands-on experience managing retail media campaigns in-platform
- Strong knowledge of Retail Media Networks such as CitrusAd and Criteo
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Previous experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Experience working with sales, shopper, brand, or eCommerce teams is advantageous
- Passion for retail media, digital performance, and continuous testing and learning
