Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the day-to-day lead for client accounts, building long-term, trusted relationships.
  • Developing influencer campaign strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Managing end-to-end campaign execution, from influencer sourcing and contracting through to delivery.
  • Monitoring performance, analysing results, and producing actionable insights to demonstrate ROI.
  • Managing budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Supporting new business growth and mentoring junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in ideally influencer marketing account management, and client services, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the confidence to present, negotiate, and advise.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and optimising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta/TikTok Ads Manager or social analytics platforms is a plus.
