Responsibilities:
- Acting as the day-to-day lead for client accounts, building long-term, trusted relationships.
- Developing influencer campaign strategies that align with client objectives.
- Managing end-to-end campaign execution, from influencer sourcing and contracting through to delivery.
- Monitoring performance, analysing results, and producing actionable insights to demonstrate ROI.
- Managing budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Supporting new business growth and mentoring junior team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in ideally influencer marketing account management, and client services, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong client-facing skills with the confidence to present, negotiate, and advise.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and optimising campaigns.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta/TikTok Ads Manager or social analytics platforms is a plus.
