Graduate Marketing role/ Early Career role within a media or marketing agency. We are hiring a Customer Success Associate for a leading AI-powered performance marketing platform that helps brands acquire, engage, and retain customers through highly personalised messaging across websites, email, SMS, and digital advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Data Reporting & Analysis (40%)
    • Pull and analyze performance data from internal reporting tools to identify trends and actionable insights.
    • Develop and maintain custom reports tailored to client needs, ensuring accuracy and clarity in reporting.
    • Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.
    • Build compelling decks and presentations to effectively communicate insights and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Campaign Ideation & Execution (30%)
    • Facilitate the end-to-end execution of client campaigns, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining high analytical standards.
    • Monitor platform performance and client KPIs, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
    • Maintain detailed client documentation, including performance reports, action plans, and feedback summaries.
  • Project Management (30%)
    • Assist with maintaining project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
    • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks.
    • Track progress against milestones, adjusting plans and timelines as necessary to accommodate evolving priorities.
    • Ensure clear and effective communication between all stakeholders.
    • Manage documentation and reporting related to project execution and performance.
