We are looking for a hands-on, driven leader to take charge of all marketing across our client's marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and other platforms. You will build and execute strategies that drive growth, maximise ROI, and strengthen the brand globally. This role is perfect for someone who knows the ins and outs of marketplace marketing (PPC, DSP, SEO, content, promotions) and can lead both internal teams and external partners to get results.
A bit about the role:
- Own the global marketplace marketing plan, working closely with commercial, operations, and finance teams to align marketing with sales and profit goals.
- Run and optimise Sponsored Ads, DSP campaigns, and eBay promoted listings to boost traffic, conversion, and revenue. Manage budgets and test new ad formats and channels for growth.
- Shape the creative strategy for listings, A+ content, brand stores, and promo assets.
- Plan campaigns around key retail events (Prime Day, Black Friday, etc.), run deals and promotions, and stay on top of competitor activity.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, manage agencies and platform reps, and collaborate with supply chain on stock and demand planning.
- Manage multi-market strategies across EMEA, US, and APAC, making sure campaigns are relevant for each region.
A bit about you:
- 7+ years in digital or marketplace marketing with proven success on Amazon and eBay.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace ad tools and metrics.
- Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable making decisions from KPIs.
