About the Role
We are looking for a talented Social Creative to join a multidisciplinary team on a 6-month fixed-term contract starting in January. Working across a range of government-related projects, you will help shape impactful social content that is culturally aware, strategic, and visually strong. This role sits within a creative team delivering work for sensitive and fast-moving programmes, so discretion, professionalism, and a high level of attention to detail are essential.
What You Will Do
- Develop social-first creative concepts across multiple formats and platforms
- Design engaging static and animated assets for social media
- Write compelling, on-brand social copy tailored to specific audiences
- Produce and edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Work closely with strategists, project managers, and other creatives to bring ideas to life
- Adapt global or cross-market concepts into Romanian-language content where needed
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver work to deadline and to brief
- Maintain brand consistency and high production standards across all deliverables
About You
- Fluent in Romanian (essential)
- Experience working on government, public-sector, or sensitive communications is a strong advantage
- A strong portfolio showcasing social design, creative ideation, and video content
- Confident working end-to-end: concepting, scripting, designing, producing and editing
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects)
- Familiar with platform best practices and emerging social trends
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Comfortable working hybrid in London
- Must hold security clearance, and be able to show proof
