Creative (Experiential)
About the Role
We’re a creative agency specialising in culturally relevant work for youth audiences. We create experiential campaigns, activations and live brand experiences that connect with Gen Z in authentic and memorable ways.
We’re looking for a Midweight Creative with strong experiential and integrated thinking to help develop ideas from concept through to execution across brand activations, events, pop-ups and immersive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts across experiential and integrated briefs
- Design consumer journeys and activation mechanics
- Write and structure compelling pitch decks
- Create moodboards and visual references
- Collaborate with designers and producers to bring ideas to life
- Support pitches and present ideas internally and externally
- Ensure concepts are both creatively strong and deliverable
About You
- 4+ years’ experience in experiential, events, activation or integrated agencies
- Strong conceptual and portfolio-led experience
- Confident deck writer and storyteller
- Experience building consumer journeys and live experiences
- Strong understanding of social, content and live experience integration
- Creative, collaborative and detail-focused
- Comfortable managing multiple projects
