Creative (Experiential)

About the Role

We’re a creative agency specialising in culturally relevant work for youth audiences. We create experiential campaigns, activations and live brand experiences that connect with Gen Z in authentic and memorable ways.

We’re looking for a Midweight Creative with strong experiential and integrated thinking to help develop ideas from concept through to execution across brand activations, events, pop-ups and immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts across experiential and integrated briefs
  • Design consumer journeys and activation mechanics
  • Write and structure compelling pitch decks
  • Create moodboards and visual references
  • Collaborate with designers and producers to bring ideas to life
  • Support pitches and present ideas internally and externally
  • Ensure concepts are both creatively strong and deliverable

About You

  • 4+ years’ experience in experiential, events, activation or integrated agencies
  • Strong conceptual and portfolio-led experience
  • Confident deck writer and storyteller
  • Experience building consumer journeys and live experiences
  • Strong understanding of social, content and live experience integration
  • Creative, collaborative and detail-focused
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects

Salary & Contract

Full-time

Salary: £40,000–£50,000
