The Role
You will work closely with our founding team to structure, position, and secure funding for projects with high-profile talent and breakthrough creative IP. This is not a standard advisory role—you will be an essential partner in bringing bold ideas to life.
Key responsibilities
- Capital Raising: Lead and support early to growth-stage capital raises for a diverse portfolio of ventures.
- Strategic Structuring: Architect innovative deal structures (equity, revenue-share, hybrid models) that create long-term value for all stakeholders.
- Investor Relations: Leverage and expand a global network of VCs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Advisory Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, contributing to the broader growth strategy of the collective.
