Client Acquisition Director Remote (UK-based | US market focus) A fast-growing influencer marketing agency focused on AI and tech brands is hiring a Client Acquisition Director to own and scale their new business function. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll build the acquisition engine from scratch, drive outbound strategy, and lead deals with some of the most exciting AI companies globally. Own and build the end-to-end client acquisition strategy across outbound, inbound and partnerships Develop and optimise outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn and modern sales tools Manage and scale pipeline performance and conversion 4+ years in B2B client acquisition (agency experience preferred) ~ 50k base + commission + bonus ~ Fully remote working with flexible hours ~ Work with high-growth AI and tech brands globally
