We’re working with a leading agency looking for an Associate Creative Director with a strong social-first mindset to join them on a 9-month FTC.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social, understands what works online, can lead from the front creatively, and is just as comfortable shaping big ideas as they are getting hands-on with execution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the development of social-first creative campaigns
- Bringing big ideas to life across TikTok, Instagram, and digital platforms
- Working closely with strategists, creatives, and production teams to deliver standout work
- Overseeing projects from concept through to delivery
- Ensuring work is culturally relevant, platform-native, and built to perform
