We're looking for an experienced media professional to join a leading global media organisation in a commercially focused Accountability Associate Director position. This role sits at the intersection of media investment, performance analysis and client accountability, ensuring media value is delivered in line with client commitments across a diverse portfolio of accounts.

What you'll be doing:

  • Monitor, track and analyse media value delivery across multiple client accounts
  • Partner with investment and trading teams to evaluate pricing, quality and performance outcomes
  • Work across channels including TV, Digital, OOH, Print and other media investments
  • Manage and interpret large datasets to provide actionable business insights
  • Support forecasting, reporting and accountability processes for key stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy of media pricing, delivery metrics and commercial commitments
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients and external auditors
  • Support new business opportunities through competitive pricing and investment analysis

What we're looking for:

  • Experience within media investment, accountability, auditing, trading, media finance or a similar analytical media role
  • Strong commercial understanding of media pricing and performance
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Experience working across multiple media channels
