This is a newly created Head of Marketing position within a rapidly growing e Commerce business entering an exciting phase of expansion.

As the company's first marketing leader, you'll have the opportunity to build the function, define the strategy and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the brand.

Working directly alongside the founders, you'll take ownership of the entire marketing operation, bringing together brand, performance and product marketing into one cohesive strategy.

  • Take ownership of the overall marketing strategy, making sure brand and commercial goals are working together.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of product launches, creating campaigns that make an impact from day one.
  • Manage specialist agency partners across paid social, CRM, marketplaces and other key channels, helping them deliver their best work.
  • Own the marketing budget, keeping a close eye on performance and making sure investment is driving results.
  • Lead and develop the in-house marketing team, putting the right processes in place as the function grows.
  • Build and grow influencer, creator and brand partnership programmes that increase awareness and drive sales.
  • Work closely with the founders to spot new opportunities, shape the marketing direction and support the next stage of growth.
  • A bit about you
  • Solid e Commerce or digital marketing experience, ideally within a fast-paced consumer, retail or lifestyle brand.
  • You're just as comfortable thinking about the bigger picture as you are rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in.
  • You've managed agencies before and know how to get the best out of different marketing channels.
  • Good understanding of paid social, Tik Tok, CRM, email marketing and online marketplaces.
  • You've built influencer, creator or partnership programmes that have delivered real commercial results.
  • Commercially minded, proactive and always looking for new opportunities to improve performance.
  • A supportive leader who enjoys developing people and building high-performing teams.
  • Comfortable working closely with founders and taking ownership of marketing performance and results.
