This role leads the Ad Experiences Go-To-Market team, helping drive adoption of ad formats and bringing new ad solutions to TV, mobile, gaming, and home screen platforms.

We’re looking for a forward-thinking leader with hands-on experience in ad tech, video, TV, or CTV advertising - someone who’s taken ad products from idea to market. You should have experience managing high-performing teams, collaborating across multiple European markets, and working with senior stakeholders.

A bit about the role:

  • Own the EMEA Ad Experiences Go-To-Market strategy, including value propositions, messaging, and positioning for new products.
  • Be the go-to strategic partner for clients and internal teams, gathering insights to shape product-market fit and adoption.
  • Drive adoption and feedback loops by working closely with client-facing and operational teams to keep improving products.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive, accountable culture.
  • Use your analytical, storytelling, and project management skills to simplify complex concepts and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

A bit about you:

  • Experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or Go-To-Market Strategy in ad tech or advertising.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end product launches and working cross-functionally.
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills, able to turn complex products and data into compelling content.
  • Analytical thinker with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Action-oriented, proactive, and comfortable thriving in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
