A fantastic opportunity with a fully independent UK agency that specialises in Digital Marketing and PR. They are known for offering their clients a strategic, creative and media savvy approach.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join the team as the Head of Digital and oversee and lead their PPC & SEO channels. As the Head of Digital your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for creation and execution of new business strategy for the Digital team covering Organic (SEO) & Paid Search (PPC) working closely with sales and marketing to ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities is maintained.
  • Development of a detailed business plan for the growth of our integrated digital proposition, that is regularly updated and shows a clear vision for success.
  • Day to day oversight of key integrated digital clients, maintaining client contact at top level and informing Director of Division of any concerns around client retention or delivery.
  • Development of client strategies and sign off on KPIs and monitoring of performance to ensure we are always delivering.
  • Firm handle on renewal and upselling strategies for each account.
  • Line management of senior team members across the four team areas (SEO, PPC, Organic Social and Paid Social) as directed by Division Director.
  • Ensuring your senior team are effectively managing direct reports and have a clear training and development plan for all members of the team.
  • Oversight of integrated accounts across other agency teams, to ensure they are working harmoniously.
