We are supporting a growing business in hiring a Paid Marketing Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an Associate Manager–level role.
You will work closely with one in-house marketer, a fractional marketing lead, and external agency partners to support campaign delivery, optimisation, and growth initiatives across key paid channels.
As Paid Marketing Manager, you will focus on hands-on campaign execution, optimisation, and experimentation across paid channels, particularly Meta and LinkedIn. This is a support role with strong exposure to CRO, performance scaling, and creative testing. You will also contribute to broader marketing initiatives including project management and exploring AI-driven automation opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the execution and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
- Running CRO and conversion optimisation experiments to improve campaign performance
- Monitoring campaign data and identifying opportunities to scale channels effectively
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently
- Assisting with Google campaigns, including Performance Max (PMAX) and multimedia formats
- Exploring AI tools (e.g. Claude) to support automation, integrations, and workflow efficiencies
- Helping document processes, learnings, and optimisation strategies
You – Skills & Experience:
- 6–7+ years’ experience in paid media or performance marketing roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta and LinkedIn Ads platforms
- Experience running CRO tests and optimisation experiments
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, including Performance Max campaigns
- Interest or experience in AI tools and automation (e.g. Claude or similar)
- Comfortable working with both in-house teams and external agencies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive actions
Ability to speak French is a HUGE bonus.
