Freelance Graphic Designer (Ongoing Contract, Part Time, Fully Remote)
I'm currently working with a fast-growing UK consumer brand in the entertainment space that's looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to support their team. This is an ongoing contract role averaging around 20 hours per week (flexible), with workload varying depending on launches and campaign cycles. They're looking for someone who's hands-on, detail-driven, and comfortable managing artwork through to production.
The Role
- Graphic Design & Marketplace
- Create high-converting marketplace listings (Amazon primary, secondary and A+ content)
- Develop and iterate imagery for A/B testing across multiple platforms
- Support bi-monthly in-office product photography for new launches (London-based office)
- Sales & Production Support
- Manage translated artwork and QA print files (Spot UV, barcodes, layouts)
- Handle technical production including SKUing, versioning and preparing print-ready PDFs
- Liaise directly with factories: submit artwork/DDS files, track quotes and manage approvals
- Localisation & Quality Control
- Audit artwork for errors and ensure correct barcode/label placement
- Manage the full supplier loop from upload through to final mass-production approval
What They’re Looking For
- Junior to mid-weight level (strong fundamentals, no deep experience required)
- Comfortable working at pace and switching between smaller tasks
- Solid print and production knowledge
- Experience creating marketplace imagery (Amazon etc.) preferred
- Confident using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
- Highly detail-oriented and structured in approach
