Our client is seeking a fractional marketing consultant to support multiple client accounts with strategic guidance, performance marketing oversight, and agency management. This high-impact role operates in a part-time, advisory capacity, helping clients optimise brand positioning, drive digital performance, and unlock cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-of-quarter client audits, strategic reviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide hands-on advice across DTC campaigns, digital performance marketing, and brand strategy.
  • Facilitate agency selection, oversight, and campaign performance management, ensuring delivery meets client objectives.
  • Partner with client sales teams to identify commercial opportunities and enhance client engagement.
  • Support process development and repeatable frameworks for agency and client work.
  • Contribute to the creation of a small, high-performing agency model for client delivery.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in DTC, FMCG, or beauty sectors, with strong brand and performance marketing expertise.
  • Proven track record in fractional or consultancy roles, comfortable working across multiple clients.
