JasperRose is supporting a well-known consumer retail business as they continue to grow their franchise and alternate channels. The business is looking to hire an FP&A Analyst on a 9-month fixed-term contract to strengthen the commercial finance team. This hybrid role, based in London, will work closely with FP&A, commercial, and operational stakeholders, supporting planning, pricing, and management reporting across the franchise network.

The role is suited to a qualified FP&A Analyst from a consumer or retail background, with strong Excel and Power BI capability and exposure to franchise or wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance management and KPI reporting for the franchise channel, improving automation and consistency
  • Review and validate wholesale pricing models
  • Support the 5-year planning process and annual budget for franchise partners
  • Deliver forecasting, variance analysis, and commercial insight
  • Support reporting related to a multi-node DC operating model
The Successful Candidate
  • Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA)
  • FP&A experience within consumer, retail, or FMCG
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills
  • Exposure to franchise, wholesale, or alternate channels preferred
  • Hybrid working (London HQ)
  • Start: Immediate / short notice preferred
