eCommerce Manager

London (hybrid)

£40,000

A fast-growing consumer brand based in London, known for its premium product, strong creative identity and rapidly expanding online presence. With significant growth over the past few years, the business is now scaling its digital team to support continued commercial success.

About the role

This is a broad and high-impact position, overseeing the full online customer journey and operational performance. You’ll take ownership of the website, conversion optimisation, logistics, fulfilment, 3PL partner management, customer service, and stock flow between the warehouse and Shopify.

You’ll collaborate across the team, playing a key role in pushing commercial performance while elevating the customer experience.

A curiosity for marketing and growth would be a real advantage.

About you

  • Experience managing Shopify in a DTC brand environment
  • Experience working in a lean, fast-paced team
  • Strong understanding of CRO and onsite trading
  • Comfortable managing external Shopify developers
