A growing online retail team is seeking a creative Digital Designer to support the long‑term development of its ecommerce presence. The role focuses on elevating brand expression across digital channels and driving commercial performance. You will shape the visual strategy for ecommerce sites, social media, and marketing campaigns, acting as a bridge between creative identity and business results.

A bit about the role:

  • Design and update homepage content, campaign landing pages, and seasonal site refreshes to ensure an engaging, up‑to‑date user experience.
  • Create engaging BAU marketing emails that reflect brand tone and support customer retention.
  • Produce visual assets and short‑form video content for social commerce and marketing activity.
  • Upload, manage, and maintain website assets within a Shopify-based environment.
  • Ensure all designs are mobile‑first, user‑friendly, and optimised for conversion, following brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring a cohesive experience across web, email, and social channels.
