In this newly created role, you’ll play a crucial part in identifying customer pain points, uncovering business opportunities, and ensuring solutions align with strategic goals.
About the role
- Partner with business and tech teams to assess technology needs, define scope, and document requirements.
- Analyse and optimise business processes, mapping out current and future states.
