An exciting experiential media business in Central London is looking for multiple Duty Managers to support a busy live events and venue operation. Location: Central London Office policy: Fully on-site Contract: Fixed-term until January, with review after 3 months (potential to go permanent) Start date: ASAP Salary: £27,500 overtime Shifts: Rota-based (6am-2pm or 2pm-11:30pm), approx. 135 hours/month Weekend work required (both days, including 2 Sundays per month) The Job Manage safe and timely opening and closing of the venue and public spaces Brief and oversee contractors and coordinate access control Act as on-site point of contact, liaising with security, suppliers, and internal teams Support brand activations, private hires, and live event operations Coordinate logistics such as deliveries, equipment and contractor scheduling Provide clear daily reporting on incidents, near misses and operational issues Communicate with venue operators and senior staff for any escalations or delays Ensure health and safety compliance across all activity You Experience in live events, venue operations, theatre, or entertainment Excellent communicator, calm under pressure, and confident managing logistics Strong understanding of health and safety requirements and documentation Personal Licence (or willingness to obtain one) is a bonus Reliable, proactive, and highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working early mornings, late evenings and weekends Committed to inclusive team values and collaborative problem solving Apply Now Send your CV if you\’re interested in this opportunity.
