Digital Optimisation Manager | 12 Months FTC
London (3 days office)

Our client is looking for an Optimisation Manager to play a key role in improving the performance of their digital channels. This role is focused on analysing customer behaviour, managing experiments, and delivering insight-led improvements that enhance customer journeys and drive commercial results. You will work closely with trading, product, and UX teams to ensure optimisation activities align with business priorities.
About the role
- Lead the work to determine and action category-agnostic site optimisation improvements.
- Work with category managers to collate experiment ideas into a single prioritised backlog.
- Manage the experiments through their lifecycle ensuring they are setup correctly and the results analysed in a standardised manner.
- Use data and analytics to understand site performance and the customer’s behaviour and share insights with relevant teams.
- Provide insights to support the Product/UX teams when investigating new experiences.
- Use insights to recommend new experiments or digital product improvements to the Digital Product/UX teams.
About you
- Proven experience in a digital optimisation, CRO, or analytics role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics and experimentation tools.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical actions.
- Strong communication skills, able to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
