An exciting opportunity to join a growing in-house media team supporting some of the world's leading consumer brands. This role focuses on driving retail media performance across major UK grocery retailers, owning campaigns from strategy through to activation, optimisation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retail media strategies aligned to business and commercial objectives.
  • Build, manage and optimise campaigns across retail media platforms including Criteo, CitrusAd, Pacvue and Amazon Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets and key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, Share of Voice and sales uplift.
  • Analyse data and provide actionable insights to marketing, sales and senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement continuous optimisation strategies.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce, sales and marketing teams to maximise commercial impact.
  • Create reporting, best practice documentation and training materials.
  • Mentor and support a junior team member.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hands-on retail media activation experience.
  • Strong experience with Retail Media Networks such as Criteo, CitrusAd, Amazon Ads and Pacvue.
  • Experience working with major grocery or retail media platforms.
  • Strong analytical and performance marketing skills.
  • Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
  • Previous team leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous.
  • Passion for retail media, shopper marketing and digital performance.

Location: Hybrid role based in the Slough area, with 3 days per week in the office. Option to work 1 day in Slough and 2 days in the London office.
