We’re looking for a Creative Lead to drive and elevate creative output across a dynamic, fast-paced environment spanning brand, digital, and immersive experiences. This role sits at the intersection of creative, commercial, and delivery - leading a small team to produce high-quality, innovative work that not only looks great but performs. You’ll act as a key bridge between creative, sales, and marketing, ensuring ideas are both ambitious and executable.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership
- Lead creative output across campaigns, content, and experiential activations
- Drive concept development for brand partnerships and commercial projects
- Ensure all work is delivered to a high creative standard, with consistency across touchpoints
- Commercial Collaboration
- Partner closely with commercial and sales teams to respond to briefs
- Translate client needs into compelling, insight-led creative ideas
- Balance creative ambition with feasibility, scalability, and budget considerations
- Support pitches and presentations at a senior level
- Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small in-house creative team
- Manage freelancers and external partners where needed
- Oversee workflow, prioritisation, and resource allocation
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, and production teams
- Act as a key creative voice internally and externally
- Build strong working relationships with clients and partners

Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading creative projects or teams within an agency or similar environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, commercially effective work
- Experience across brand, digital, content, or experiential projects
- Ability to translate briefs into clear, compelling creative responses
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Commercial awareness, with an understanding of budgets and delivery constraints
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (design, motion, content, etc.)
