Creative Lead & 2D Designer - Experiential Design

Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days in-office)

About the Role

An award-winning experiential agency is looking for a Creative Lead & 2D Designer to join its London team. This is a hands-on, senior-level role for a designer who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and knows how to bring brand worlds to life through 2D and environmental design.

You\'ll work across high-profile activations, installations, and brand experiences - leading concept development, producing visuals for pitch and production, and collaborating closely with 3D, production, and project management teams.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a global creative team working on ambitious briefs for international clients across tech, lifestyle, and live entertainment sectors.

You Bring:
  • 5-6+ years of experience in a design, brand, or experiential agency

  • Strong track record in 2D design for live environments, brand spaces, and activations

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects preferred)

  • Solid experience in presentation design using Keynote, G-Suite, and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to translate creative direction into environmental graphics, wayfinding, digital content, and print-ready assets

  • Confident working from brief to build - from pitch decks to final production files

  • Understanding of fabrication processes, print specs, and delivering for real-world installs

  • Comfortable working under pressure and across multiple fast-moving projects

  • A strong portfolio showing branding, environmental graphics, and experience design

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver 2D creative for live experiences, events, and installations

  • Design across environmental graphics, digital assets, signage, wayfinding, and branded materials

  • Support pitch work, proposals, and fast-turnaround briefs with compelling visuals and storytelling

  • Ensure all design work is production-ready and aligned with project scope, timelines, and budgets

  • Collaborate daily with 3D designers, creative leads, producers, and fabricators

  • Maintain high standards across all creative, from initial concepts to final delivery

  • Contribute to internal reviews, idea sessions, and creative critiques
