Contract - UX Specialist (CRO)

My client, a dynamic marketing agency, is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced CRO/UX Specialist to help their clients boost their conversion rates and enhance user experiences. This is a fully remote (within the UK), contract role to start ASAP. About the role: Conduct in-depth website audits for clients and prospects, identifying pain points and opportunities for boosting conversions. Assist in pitching and strategizing CRO audits for potential new clients, showcasing your expertise to win new business. Develop and propose CRO test plans that are data-driven and aligned with client goals. Perform comprehensive site evaluations to spot UX issues and conversion barriers. Design, run, and analyse impactful quantitative and qualitative conversion optimisation tests across desktop, mobile, and app platforms. About you: Over 5+ years of hands-on CRO/UX experience, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment. Proven track record in auditing client and competitor websites to uncover conversion obstacles and UX enhancement opportunities. Deep understanding of marketing and sales funnels, with a talent for mapping and analysing conversion flows. Strong grasp of user experience and interface design Skilled in formulating hypotheses, setting up, and managing CRO experiments using tools like VWO, Google Optimize, Google Analytics, or similar. Proficient in using analytics and heat-mapping tools to track user behaviour and uncover actionable insights.
