Introduction
An exciting opportunity to break into fashion e-commerce! This fast-growing brand is looking for a Junior E-commerce Administrator to support their busy digital and e-commerce team. Whether you're a recent graduate or already have a year in e-commerce under your belt, this is a chance to gain hands-on experience across merchandising, content, customer care, marketing, and more.
The Role
You’ll work closely with both the E-commerce Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, getting involved in a wide variety of tasks - from ensuring the website is up-to-date and running smoothly, to helping with email marketing and affiliate campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
- Uploading and maintaining product listings
- Supporting with product photography and content updates
- Conducting regular site checks and updating navigation/promo rules
- Liaising with the warehouse team to resolve order issues
- Assisting with newsletters and performance tracking
- Managing affiliate campaigns and partner assets
- Coordinating with design to manage imagery and banners
- Supporting lead generation for sales
- Providing post-sale customer support
- General admin support to the E-commerce Manager
You - Skills & Experience:
- A recent graduate or 6-12 months' experience in an e-commerce role
- Passion for men's fashion and digital retail
- Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Clear communicator and team player
- Some experience with e-commerce platforms or marketing tools is a bonus
