We're working on behalf of a brilliant agency to help find their next Head of Biddable – a key leadership hire to guide and inspire their platform and performance team during a pivotal period of change.
Head of Biddable – 3 Month Contract / Temp-to-Perm
Location: Hybrid (London-based office)
Start: Mid to Late August
IR35: Inside IR35 if contracting

With an upcoming team shift, they're seeking senior biddable talent to bridge the gap and shape the future of their platform and walled garden strategy. This role is essential to maintaining delivery while laying the foundation for longer-term capability growth.
The Role
This is more than just a biddable lead – it's a hybrid strategic-creative role for someone who sees platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Amazon and Google not just as media spaces, but as environments for culture-making. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, push creative and performance innovation, and help redefine how this agency builds brands through paid social, search, display, and emerging channels like generative AI.
Responsibilities include:

Leading the Platform & Walled Gardens team across paid search, social, display and commerce

Managing two Biddable Directors and contributing to agency leadership

Driving both creative excellence and performance outcomes in paid environments

Partnering closely with strategy, creative and client teams to shape integrated campaigns

Championing innovation and experimentation within emerging platform capabilities

Presenting to senior clients and guiding campaign strategy at the highest level
You – Skills & Experience:

Strong leadership experience in biddable media, ideally within an agency setting

Hands-on knowledge of paid social, search, display, and commerce platforms

Proven track record in both performance marketing and creative execution
