An exciting social agency in London is looking for a Digital Analyst to join their team.

Based in London, this is a 4-day a week role with 2 days a week in the office for an initial period of 3 months. The start date is 09/06/25, with a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 pro rata.

The Job

  • Leading end-to-end tracking implementation across GA4, GTM, social pixels and email.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio.
  • Providing campaign performance analysis and actionable insights.
  • Collaborating across data, product, media and content teams to ensure quality data collection.
  • Running QA on all tags, events and triggers to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Supporting internal upskilling on analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure reporting meets business needs.

You

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics within an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookups).
  • Skilled in setting up tracking across Meta, TikTok, email, and web.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with email reporting tools.
  • Ideally degree educated in maths, statistics, computer science or similar.
